A Form of Blindness An image of a "Have you seen me?" missing child is coupled with a high-end women's shoe advertisement from the pages of ArtForum and spun at a high rate of speed. Contextually, both images are designed to have a significant impact on their viewers. Hidden amongst the pages of a contemporary art magazine, however, this potency is lost. The device attempts to replicate this function of invisibility. |
